Naturally, it is impossible to guarantee every song a placement since genuine pitching depends on how curators respond to it, and whether the song fits the playlist’s genre, mood and quality curation standards. Different curators say different things, and react differently to each song, even when it’s from the same artist.

We provide a minimum estimated range of streams for each campaign, based on past campaigns and data.

However, we do not guarantee exact numbers for any song as every song is different, and listeners react to them differently. If anyone guarantees streams, they are likely using bots.

Yuusic is currently able to work with pop (commercial/indie/rock/acoustic pop), hip hop, rap, R&B, reggaeton, afrobeats and EDM, Techno, Phonk. We currently do not pitch classicals, instrumentals or ambient/lofi music.

It all depends - firstly, how well the song is received by the curators, and secondly, how well it is received by the listeners. I have had clients who achieved results ranging from a thousand streams to over 100K streams in a month, it seriously varies and it’s also what keeps the music industry competitive.

Results heavily vary due to whether your song gets added to algorithmic playlists on Spotify too; if listeners engage with your song often, Spotify recognises your niche quicker and you will start seeing LOADS of algorithmic streams. In fact, the playlists we land on will ultimately be just a ‘stage’ - and whether the music performs well in front of the crowd will vary case-by-case.

We will however guarantee that we achieve the minimum range of streams for the campaign you book with us, or you will receive a full refund.

I’ve made the process as hands-off as possible for artists or artist reps from labels here. We will update you consistently via email and keep on working hard at getting your song onto playlists in our network, until we have exhausted our scope of contacts for the level of service booked.

You’ll either receive a detailed report at the end of the campaign, detailing which playlists approved and rejected your song to ensure full transparency. We can also collate feedback if you are interested. If your song isn’t approved, the service will be canceled and you will be fully refunded via the payment method you used.

For Demo Pitches, we usually take less than 3 days. For Standard and above, turnaround time for any significant responses from curators are usually up to 3-5 days.

For larger-scale pitching or label services, turnaround time can be up to 7 days, depending on how long it takes for us to hit a good amount of placements for the song as well as the targeted reach for the campaign. Absolutely. All playlists we pitch to are legitimate, organic lists - some of which our own music is on them just to ensure there are no bot flags triggered.

We don’t work with bots. We have been burned by fake curators before, and we know how bad it gets.

Every single curator in our network is heavily vetted through multiple layers of bot detection software and industry-grade tools, such as Artist Tools, Chartmetric and Isitagoodplaylist. We always stay in touch with our curators in our immediate network on a weekly basis, whether in-person or through calls, and all internal playlists are marketed using Meta Ads (Instagram ads), TikTok Ads and SEO ranking on Spotify.

We have a strong stance against bots, and we strongly recommend against booking our service at the moment if you suspect you are currently using another service which is botted and inorganic (i.e. sudden large inflows of streams, obvious overnight spikes, irregular playlist follower growth patterns).

We also assist in vetting all of our clients’ profiles ahead of any approvals to alert our artists of any potential bot activity, before we get started with any campaigns to ensure smooth deliverability and the best music promotion experience.

If in any case a Yuusic campaign results in any takedown notices by your distributor due to artificial streaming, you will receive a full refund. Simple as that.

We respond within 24 hours after reviewing songs submitted to ensure they are a good fit for optimal chances at success with curators here first, in terms of matching genre, mood and vibe of the music. We will notify you within this timeframe when the song has been approved, and we will then begin pitching efforts immediately.

Our team only submits music to playlists which are relevant to the genre and mood of music we work with. If the placements are unsatisfactory, we can request for immediate removal as well and push for an alternative placement.

Depending on the progress of the campaign, we may also issue a full or partial refund in the rare case that we are unable to secure an alternative placement for you. That’s how committed we are to getting you results.
